Sold 4 books on Amazon. Feel rather proud of myself, since this is the first time I’ve sold anything online… ever. I know, I’m a dinosaur.
Can’t say yet whether it has been a profitable venture, given the time spent and how little I sold the books for. But fun nonetheless, and a helpful way of getting rid of books that I cannot take with my to HK.
Any suggestions on how to make selling stuff online a profitable venture are welcome. :)

Youre right, amazon may not always offer the best way to sell profitably. You could also try ebay or ebay Pro Stores. But if you are in a hurry, ebay Pro stores will not help. It usually takes 4 – 6 months for beginners to get started with profits from Pro Stores. But ebay auctions could be a cheaper option.
Or else, if you simply want to get rid of the books, the local library, donation boxes or Goodwill could be a good option too.
Cheers!
